Instant Noodles with
scrambled eggs and some spices.
Dark Soya sauce will give a beautiful colour to
our noodles while freshly grounded pepper will add a spice to it stimulating
digestion.
Egg Maggie Recipe
Stove
to Serve Time: Approx 4-5 mins
Ingredients
2 packet Maggie Noodles
3 Eggs
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Oil (Any cooking Oil)
Salt to taste
Method
- Break three eggs in a bowl
- Add salt & Pepper
- Whisk well
- Heat some oil in a pan, pour the above mixture in it. Scramble the eggs.
- Once eggs are cooked take it out in a vessel
- Now pour 2 cups of water in the same pan, get it to boiling point. Add Maggie to it.
- After 2 mins add Soya sauce & Tomato ketchup. Mix them well.
- In the end add scrambled egg , cook it for 1 more minute.
- Now its ready to be served
Serves 2-3 Pax.
