boiled egg dish which anyone can try.
Spiced up with onions, tomatoes, chillis and so on. Can enjoy this mouth watering dish with Pav, chapati, paratha or as a side dish with rice.

Boiled Egg Sabji/Bhurji

to Serve Time: Approx 15 mins
Ingredients:
4 hard boiled eggs (cut medium
sized cubes)
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp Cumin seed
2 Green chillies
Curry leaves
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 big sized Onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 Medium size Tomato (finely chopped)
1 tsp Garam Masala
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves
Method:
1. Take
a pan , heat oil in medium flame. Once oil is heated add cumin seeds,green
chillis, curry leaves, turmeric powder,add onions and sauté it until onion turns
golden brown
2. Now add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, salt as
per taste & stir well.
3. Cover
and cook this masala for 2-3 mins
4. Add
garam masala, give it a nice mix
5. Finally
add 4 hard boiled eggs cut into medium sized cubes. Cook for about 1 min
