Ingredients
2 boiled and cut potatoes
1 1/2 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp pepper powder
2 green chili
1 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Amchur powder (Dry Mango Powder)
1/2 tsp Chilli Powder (Optional)
Coriander leaves
Method :
- Firstly boil boil potatoes. Peel them and cut into medium dices
- In a pan heat Ghee in medium flame
- Once Ghee is hot add cumin seeds , add green chili once cumin seeds start to flutter
- Now add boiled potatoes and rock salt, sauté them well
- Add pepper powder, amchur powder and chili powder
- Keep tossing the potatoes for about 5 mins so that it doesn’t burn
- Finally add Coriander leaves
Note : Some people avoid red chili powder and amchur powder during fast. You can make this dish without adding both these ingredients.
